Ubiflex gap-seal is a high performance grey polymer sealant specially formulated for sealing pointing gaps in brickwork or masonry. It forms a highly durable waterproof seal, remains flexible and will move with any thermal expansion or contraction of the structure, contains no acids, alkalis, silicon or isocyanides
Installation: Fit the ubiflex into the pointing gap by a minimum of 30mm and hold firmly in place with ubiflex clips. Once ubiflex has been dressed into place, apply the gap seal into the gap and smooth off as necessary. The pointing gap should be fully filled.
