Delivery options

We strongly recommend you wait until all items have been delivered before ordering workmen or committing yourself.

We hold a large amount of stock in our warehouse and receive new deliveries daily so we can do our utmost to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please note that some products are particularly large and bulky and it may not be possible to deliver them to some locations (eg high-rise properties).

We pride ourselves in giving good delivery dates but if your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control we will do our best to advise you.

Next Day Delivery

We offer next day service with an additional charge, which will be refunded if we cannot deliver next day. Please note the deadlines for next day delivery:

  • Lead Orders must be placed by 11am
  • All other products Orders must be placed before 2pm

If your order is placed after the above deadlines, it will be delivered the day after. If you have urgent requirements call us on 01304 219922 and we'll do our best to help.

Standard Delivery

A standard 3 working day delivery option is available on most products delivered to mainland Britain.

Note that blinds and domes take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Contact us to check delivery times for special order items. All orders attract a delivery charge, which will be calculated via the basket when you are ready to checkout. Larger orders may be FREE of delivery charge.

Deliveries Outside Mainland Britain

This applies to Northern Ireland, Europe, the Channel Islands & the rest of the world.

Please send us an email on enquiries@roofinglines.co.uk detailing the products you wish to buy and your delivery address.

Carriers

Our delivery partners will ensure goods reach you in good time and good condition. Our logistics team will allocate a space for your order and we will contact you on the day of despatch with details. Normal delivery times are between 8:30am and 6pm but you can ring the carrier direct for an indication of delivery time.

Large orders are sent on a pallet and are normally delivered on a rigid vehicle with tail lift. This usually means your order will be dropped on your driveway or kerbside.
